The Seeker

Before all that happened, we were somehow transported into a place people called "The Vast". Everyone who died there was always found in the Crusher by the Seekers. The Seekers tried to find a way to stop the Crusher. But we never could. Year after year. A Seeker would go missing. 200 out of the 269 went missing. Each year, a new person would appear in the thing that carried us up here. The 2 seekers we had were Thomberg and Benik. They said that they would die soon and that I would be the next Seeker. But I didn't want to.
