Dazedwinter

This is my friend Andrew. He makes awesome videos. My favorite is 'The Lamplighter.' It is a short about when three friends find supernatural horror in an old briefcase. It's basically an "Everyone Dies" sort of theme.

Back to Andrew. He likes to make his videos on Hitfilm 2 and some other video editing software. Most of his videos are short and from when he was younger (at BCS). Now, his videos are godlike (to me because I'm his friend). Some videos (mostly 'The Misunderstanding') take place in Downtown Birmingham! Well, I'm off and-oh, I forgot. Here's his channel! Bye!

The New Sunday

Today, Timo, Cameron, Karen, my mom, my grandpa, my great Uncle Jack, my great Aunt Carolyn, Uncle Mike, and I went to church in remembrance of grandma. We started to light candles and I almost burned myself. It was nice and peaceful until a baby started crying and doing random mumbling really loudly. Then, Cameron latched on and said, "Awooo bing bong baba wuz dis aaaa?" and pointed to another random person and touched him. I had no idea how church worked. So, when everyone stood up and said "Peace be with you," I thought the person who stuck out his hand was trying to help me up. When I realized what was really going on, I let him shake my hand and I just said, "Peace."

I didn't do very well.

In Loving Memory

Today, sadly, my grandma died. Her dementia was getting worse and she couldn't move. She became bed written. I woke up early this morning and the first thing my mom told me was that she predicted that she would die today or on Thanksgiving (tomorrow). She couldn't breathe this morning at all. My mom told me she was pale and everything. And today, I stay up in my bedroom, writing this blog post all about my grandma. She wasn't that old (in her 60's). She (at this time I'm writing this) lays in her bed, not breathing, not moving, not talking her normal "Terry" words.

She was a very nice person. She loved me before she had dementia and said I was the most beautiful thing she had ever seen. She loved getting me items and books and everything. She loved everyone in our family. But good things do come to an end. She knew it was her time to go. If I could of had one last talk with her, I would of told her how much we all loved her.

Michigan in Two Verses

1.Well, here it is! My friend's mom says as she unpacks the load of items we brought.
The gigantic beach ball lands on soil 3 1/2 hours away from home, and explores.
We take out the Wham-O Frisbee and throw it into the narrow passageway, watching it's every move as it sinks into the sand.
A big hill is covered with hot sand.
We can see the tallest lighthouse in all Michigan, dominating the view.

2.Well, here it is again! My friend's mom says as she unpacks the sandboards we brought.
The gigantic beach ball stays in the hotel room.
We take out the sandboards and climb up to the top of the hill and try to surf down it, but we can't move.
The hill turns into cold sand, realizing this is most likely the last time I'll be here for a while.
We see the lighthouse for the last time.

Dem Books

Books. They're everywhere. First they were told as stories, which passed on to one to another. Then, they were turned into books. Everyone loved them-wait, what type of book is that? "Sun-beams may be extracted from cucumbers, but the process is tedious." Great name. These are known as "weird" books.
I was surfing the web when I found a book called, "The English: Are They Human?" I went, "What is this?" and started writing, caring none more about looking into it. I then decided to watch a movie. I'm a great person.

This blog post had nothing to do with cats. Nor did your precious Doggy-Doo.

OMG

Have you ever noticed how scary it is to be chased by a 4 year old? It’s scarier than you think. I remember that horrid day. How Will and I ran as fast we could, how I hit a 1 year old Cameron accidentally that sent both of us flying, and how it was the scariest experience of my life. You want to listen to the story, you’ll be traumatized forever. Read on and there’s no turning back. Fine, read. But I warned you.

It all started about a year ago. My cousins (Timo, Cameron, Will, and Ryder) were all at Will’s house. Timo was playing cars, while Cameron was behind him on a black couch-like stool. Cameron had a metal car in his hand and decided to ambush Timo. He threw the car at Timo’s head, giving him a big bruise on the back of his head. Now, I was behind Timo at the time, so Timo thought it was me who threw the car. This lead to worse things.

Timo already decided he wanted to chase me, but to make things worse, Will just couldn’t resist to taunt Timo to get in the “game”. So there we were, 1 on 2. Since he was 3, we couldn’t fight back. All we could do was to run. Fast. Timo’s almost as fast as we are, so we hopefully could hide. We ran to Will’s bedroom and we tried to make up a plan of where to run and where to hide. Just as we finished the plan, Timo came running at us at about 10 miles per hour.

“Go go GO GO WILL GO!” I yelled at, well, you know who I yelled at. We both ran as fast as we could. We ran to the top of Will’s bunk bed.  Timo was trying to get us when I said, “Only 2 people allowed on the bunk bed, Timo!” Timo didn’t listen and started to climb up. Our plan didn’t work whatsoever. We needed to jump. Quickly.

“AAAA Oof!” We exclaimed as we jumped off and hit the ground. I ran as fast as I could, Will a few feet behind. We ran outside right before we realized we were cornered. I started to run. So did Will. Will unfortunately tripped, hurting his arm. Timo said, “UUUUUUUUUUUU! GOT YA!” Will said, “Nope!” and ran away.
I started to run back into the house. I hid in Will’s parent’s bedroom. Where? A basket. I closed the lid and watch through a small hole. I could see Will screaming my name and Timo right behind him. I heard bunk bed noises, slaps, and then a piercing scream. “Will?” No answer. “Will?” Still no answer. “Shoot.” We were playing a game where if Timo got you, you had to act dead. “Where’s Ty?”
Ryder also wanted to play the game, so he also taunted Timo, causing Timo to run after him.  Yes!, I thought. I climbed out of the basket and ran into the bunk bed. “Will?” He was lying on the top of the bed, sprawled out. He started to smirk. He always smirks, so I knew he was alive. I climbed back down, only to see Ryder also on the ground.
“Ryder?” He also was sprawled out, but I could totally tell he was alive by his stomach. “Oh, hi Ty!” I turned around to see Timo. “I got ya.” “Not yet!” I said and ran. I ran around the house twice and then go outside. I hid in the pickup truck right before Timo came out. “Ty? Ty?” I heard Timo say. I waited a minute, and then took a rest.
I wake up and it's 30 minutes later. Uh-oh, I thought.I turn around to find Timo playing with a ball. “Timo!” Timo looks up and sees me. “Found ya!” He says. I run to the kitchen when I accidentally hit Cameron, sending us both flying. Cameron starts to laugh, thank god. Timo walks slowly. I crawl faster. I try to stand up, but I hit a car, tripping me back down. “Got ya!” It was over. Timo got me.
After that we got ice cream. Yay.
The End?

HI

I like Pusheen. A lot. But my friend, Caroline, likes Pusheen more. So one day, at the book fair, I bought a Pusheen book. She got really jealous. Then, everyone started fighting over my book. Pusheen almost got ripped, but I saved her in time. Then, everyone came running after me. I'm faster than all of them. I outran them, only to hear everyone screaming. I made it to my locker, finally. I put the book in my locker and ran. Thank god I'm still alive.

Sunday

On Sunday, this happened:

Timo was trying to fight me, which lead Cameron to sit on my head. Of course, I got them off, but that's when I got my iPad. I recorded the fights and after a while, Karen asked if I wanted to do some cooking. I said yes. After that, Timo and I turned on music and started to fight. My iPad accidentally hit Timo's face, making him cry.

This reminded me of this video:
It shows Timo and I playing before Cameron was born! Pretty funny, I slam my head on the floor.

On...

On Monday, I wait.
On Tuesday, I breathe.
Wednesday I hate.
Thursday I seethe.
Friday I think.
Saturday I pause.
Saturday I wink.

We play and scream until the day is done.
We watch Paw Patrol.

I might get hurt, but thank god I have a hat and some clothes.
On Monday, I wait.
And I wait.
And I wait for a long time.

Songs

Here
???
Nights Off
High Together
Tane

These songs were made by Alessia Cara, Siriusmo, and ???. Sirusmo is our star today. He is an electronic musician who makes dance music. High Together is his most popular song. It sounds a lot like Can't Feel My Face by The Weeknd. Alessia Cara has her song on the radio a lot, you probably know how it sounds. ??? is Japanese, so I have no idea. tane.us was the site that gave me all these songs (except for Here). I like these songs because they sound really well panned and good. Enjoy!

Jokes

Some funny sentences and jokes:

I was caught speeding. The policeman asked me, "Papers?" I said back, "Scissors, I win!" and drove off.

That moment when you're trying to sleep and your brain thinks, "You know what we should be thinking about, monsters."

*At a restaurant*

Waiter: Would you like a table?
You: No, not at all. Carpet for five, please.

There is a legend that if you go take a shower and yell "Mom?" three times, a nice lady will appear with your towel and underwear.

Summer AADL Game

So this summer, I went to Ann Arbor over a billion times to visit my aunt and cousins. We all tried to go to all the libraries (which we did). We were doing the Ann Arbor Summer Game. We collected codes by using hints on the website to find pieces of paper with codes written on them. We traveled to all the main libraries, Zingerman's, and many other places around Downtown Ann Arbor. After that, we could spend all our points we collected from the code to get unreasonable items (like messenger bags, gigantic Slinky's, etc.). Normally it would be a sleepover, so  we would sleep in the RV. In the RV, we also watched the same movie (Tinker Bell: The Pirate Fairy, as Timo insisted) over and over again. It was fun either way!

Hobbes and Bacon

This is a sad comic strip 26 years after the last Calvin and Hobbes strip was published. It shows a time when Susie and Calvin are married, and Calvin goes back to the old times. There are times when he shows Calvin acting like Spaceman Spiff with Bacon, his daughter. Hobbes also recommends baseball, which is what Calvin and Hobbes both loved to play. There are also times when Calvin acts like he has a disgusting lunch. Susie also goes into the conversation. Anyways, it's a pretty good flashback comic strip.

Cristiano

Cristiano the Dog was most likely the weirdest and most depressing dream I ever had. Here's my explanation:

I'm going on a trip to Kentucky when I spot a dog on the ground, weeping. "Aunt Karen, stop the car!" She pulls over, also seeing the dog. "Want to pick it up?" I ask. "Sure!" Is the reply. We pick up the dog and says, "Cristiano is my name." I almost drop him. "You can talk?" I exclaim. "Yep!" Cristiano says. We put him into the front seat. 5 and 1/2 hours later, Cristiano puts his head out the window and accidentally falls. He hits a really sharp metal piece. We stop the car again. "I'm fine!" He limps back to the car. We open the door and put him in the front seat, this time with the windows closed. We then put a handkerchief around his hurt paw.

When we finally got to Kentucky at my cousin Will's house, the dog collapses. We rush to the nearest vet and she finally tells us, "There's nothing we can do. It's too late." I start to cry. "Does that mean-" "We have to put him down." The vet tells me. "He's already losing his life."

Cristiano thought of that handkerchief as a good luck charm, but in the end, his last words were, "Don't remember me."

In the end of the dream, it said, "Play again?" At this instant I hit yes, but it was too late. My dream ended. I had no chance of saving Cristiano's life.

Rube Goldberg

WatchMojo presents the top 10 Rube Goldbergs in movies! As you know (maybe), I've been obsessed with Rube Goldberg machines lately, and I'd like to show you these videos. It takes a long time to make these, so it's awesome once you finish it. The movies feature The Goonies, The Way Things Go, and Wallace and Gromit! What is your favorite Rube Goldberg? Mine is their pick! The machines are fake except for The Way Things Go, a 30 minute contraption. It's still pretty cool, fake or not!

More Signs

I turn around, only to find a poorly made peace sign with a giant X covering it. "What?" I exclaim. "Kid!" I turn around to find a door. I open it in order to find Tom standing there, irritated. I look behind me and see the same 2 sentence horror story. "What were you doing? All I could hear was you screaming in there and pushing that chair." I turn around to find a wooden chair. "That wasn't...it wasn't...there before." I try to say. "Now can you show me that thing?" He says.

Steve Jobs

Today I watched the movie Steve Jobs. It's pretty depressing if you understand it. I'm going to tell you all about...His Products!

The Apple: The first personal computer. Jobs made it in his parents garage with his friend Woz. At first success but, eventually, people lost interest in them. Jobs then created the Mac only to later get fired from his job at the company he'd founded.  He then started a new company called NeXT.

NeXT: Jobs realized that Apple was failing so he decided to make another computer. However, it had no operating system. The company was later bought by Apple even though it had no operating system and Jobs was back to lead the company out of near bankruptcy.

The iMac: The first success. Yay.  It came in many colors.

At age 56, he lost his battle with cancer.  Steve Jobs last words were, "Oh wow. Oh wow. Oh wow." No one knows why he said this.
