The Signal

Tomorrow I'm going to watch The Signal. "The Sundance Film Festival official selection centers on Nick and his buddy Jonah (No One Live’s Beau Knapp). They’re both MIT freshman and have a knack for hacking, so are instantly enamored when someone going by the name Nomad breaches the school’s security system.

When Nomad makes contact while the duo is in the middle of a cross-country road trip, they just can’t help it, despite protests from Nick’s girlfriend Hailey (Bates Motel’s Olivia Cooke), they just have to follow his clues and possibly meet him face-to-face once and for all. Nick isn’t agitated at that point, but he certainly will be because after colliding with Nomad head-on, Nick, Jonah and Hailey all awake to find themselves in captivity. Clueless and hurting, they’re alive, but absolutely helpless, and what’s more agitating than that?"
