Movement Festival

Hey guys. I just went to a music festival in downtown Detroit. It was called the Movement Festival. I saw a lot of cool people and some really good performers. What I didn't see were the best performers since I only went to one of the three days of the festival. I missed Kill the Noise, What So Not, Bixel Boys, and others from OWSLA. OWSLA is Skrillex's record label. I loved watching and listening to Maceo Plex, Kraftwerk, and some others perform. What I need to tell you is that everywhere you walked, you heard SUPER LOUD BASS. Since it was in Hart Plaza, you also saw a nice view across the Detroit river to Canada. I got to try a lot of DJ equipment too. A famous older lady called Grandma Techno gave me earplugs to wear so my ears wouldn't explode. She said that all DJs wear earplugs. She was sort of right because of all the bass. She's been attending the festival since it first began ten years ago. Everyone kept wanting to take selfies with her (I should have but I didn't know she was famous at the time). She can't walk because she is disabled and in a scooter.  She loves to hold onto the stage railings and dance with her upper body, head, and arms only. Anyways, it was an awesome concert!
